Tourist Leaflets

Hi, kids. Here we have some of the tourist leaflets and Power Point presentations that students in 1º ESO B created. You can read information about places in the area which are important for historical, social or enviromental reasons.

The wheel has been so important in the rural development of the town that the students Laura García and Irene González also reflect this monument in their leaflet



One of the most popular meeting places for people in Alcantarilla is Adolfo Suarez Square. The square is full of bars and terraces to sit down. Juan del Amor and Javier Muñoz tell us about their experiences.


 

María Asensio and Miranda Sánchez show us their presentation on the most famous library in Alcantarilla. It is known as Cayitas House and there witches were killed by the Inquisition.




Nerea García also writes about Alcantarilla Airbase.



Antonio Díez, José Andrés Pérez and Lucas Puche have made a Power Point  presentation about the Chinese Shop in Sangonera la Seca. This store is well known by all the population in the village

The Military Base in Sangonera is an important airfield where soldiers train in piloting and parachuting. Ginés Iniesta and Miguel Ángel Nuñez tell us about the base.



La Contraparada is the name of an important dam in Javalí Nuevo built to retain the water of the Segura river. Álvaro and María López offer us a different presentation to know the place.



Alberto López, Alejandro Monreal and Francisco Teruel focus on the Campoamor  Church, a temple that looks like Saint Paul Outside the Walls in Rome.
